Refunds: We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase,but if for some reason you are not entirely satisfied
we will be happy to give an exchange or refund.
Please email us to ensure we are aware that you shall be returning the item and the reasons.
Please return the item within 10 days of receiving it,stating full name and address.
A full refund will be given less any postage costs,and must be returned in the original packaging,unworn,unlaundered and with tags still attached.
We recommend that you return your item via a guaranteed postal service,as we are unable to refund if the item is not received by us.

Out of Stock and Handmade to order: We hope to ensure all of our stock shown on our site is available,but for some of our more specialist christening garments,they can
only be 'handmade to order,.
as they are very specialist couture and are made individually to a customers requirements.
These garments can take up to 6 weeks to make and deliver,so if unsure then please do ask and we will gladly advise you of the timescale a piece will take.
If you require a garment at reasonably short notice,please email with the date you require the garment,and we shall try our upmost to work alongside our designers
to do this for you.

Complaints: If for any reason you are disatisfied with our service in any way,please email us,as customer satisfaction is very important to us at Fairytales Christening Boutique.
We shall get back to you promptly to ensure a satisfactory solution.

Washing: All our specialist handmade christening and baby garments are handwash only due to their very delicate materialsunless otherwise stated on the manufacturers instructions..
Please follow the manufacturer washing instructions carefully.
